* SBF Spring Picnic Jam, Sunday, May 6th *
******************************************
Last fall's SBF picnic on the shore of Vasona Lake was such great fun
that we are going to do it again. It's still a couple of month's away,
but here's your "Heads up!" to mark your calendar now.
What: South Bay Folks' Spring Picnic Jam
Sing and play until you or the sun drops.
When: Sunday, May 6th, 2007
1pm till sunset
Where: Vasona Lake County Park
333 Blossom Hill Road
Los Gatos, CA 95032
You will find us on the lakeshore (same place as last fall), between the
boat dock and the bridge. There there is plenty of shade, a great view
of Vasona Lake, and a big barbecue pit.
Maps, directions, and any updates will be posted here:

and other good food, excellent coffee, late hours, plenty of room to
accommodate a South Bay Folks crowd, and the owner, Jae, is very
music-friendly. It is a pleasant space in an old building filled with
character. Recent renovations, which include an enlarged performance
space, stage, and lighting, combined with excellent acoustics, have made
Mission City Coffee a notable South Bay venue for small, acoustic
concerts.
