* No open mike on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve *
***************************************************
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve fall on Thursday this year, and that
means no SBF open mike on those days. That makes tomorrow, December
17th, our last open mike of the year. If you have holiday songs to
perform, then tomorrow is the day!
 
The first open mike after the holidays will be January 7th.
 
The Los Gatos Lodge is proving to be a very hospitable performance
space with an exceptionally quiet environment, good acoustics, and
even a piano. We hope to continue there for a long time:
 
    What: South Bay Folks Acoustic Open Mike
 
    When: 7pm-10pm Thursdays (signup by 6:45pm)
 
    Where: A banquet room adjacent to Los Gatos Lodge Bar & Grill

* Last chances to order the new SBF t-shirts *
**********************************************
Every two or three years we collect orders for South Bay 
Folks t-shirts, and there is still time to get your order in.
 
Katherine Yates has once again stepped up to organize this, and you
can place your order with her at tomorrow's (December 17th) open mike
or the following open mike on Thursday, January 7th. If you cannot
make one of those open mikes, you can contact Katherine at
kyatessbf@gmail.com .
 
This time around, the t-shirt features the picnic basket of
instruments that Mike McLaughlin created for our spring and fall
picnics, seen here: http://www.southbayfolks.org/picnic-2015-fall/ .
The basket is positioned beneath the South Bay Folks Logo (also seen
at the top of the aforementioned page) with the words "Celebrating
Folk and Acoustic Music since 1992".
 
As always, the t-shirts cost whatever the t-shirt company
charges.
