(Locaton map for Vasona Lake County Park.)Bring your acoustic instruments (no amplifiers), voices, picnic baskets, friends, and family. There is plenty of shade, a great view of Vasona Lake, and a big barbecue pit. We'll get the fire started if you want to bring something to grill. Picnic tables are clustered near the barbecue pit. You may want to bring camp chairs to spread out.

Directions: From southbound Highway 17, exit at Lark Avenue and travel east. Turn right on Los Gatos Boulevard and right again onto Blossom Hill Road. The park main entrance will be on the right. The park has a $5 vehicle entry fee for parking inside the park. There is free parking along University Ave. A map and specific driving instructions are available from MapQuest. See the park map to locate the Lake View Picnic Area, which is near the Pepper Tree Lane pedestrian entrance on University Ave.
